Northern NM Fusion Volleyball Club Tryouts 2011

Registration for the 2012 Season is now Open! 

Free Fusion Open House! 

Nov. 18th at Mountain School 6-9pm

 FUSION REPRESENTATIVES WILL BE ON HAND TO ANSWER PARENT QUESTIONS  

FIRST 100 GIRLS RECEIVE A FREE FUSION WATER BOTTLE!

Tryouts are on November 20th, 1-5pm

LAHS Aux Gym 

Cost is now $25 non-refundable*

12-14 from 1pm-3pm;  (12's must have previous volleyball experience)
15-17 from 3pm-5pm

Age is determined by player’s age on Sept 1st, 2011

  Process to tryout:

• Register with Fusion Register here!
  
• Register with SURVA/USAV (links below)

• I am RENEWING my USAV Membership and I KNOW my login/password.
  I am RENEWING my USAV Membership and I DO NOT KNOW my login/password.
  I am CREATING A NEW USAV Membership (I've never played USAVolleyball before)

• Bring with you to tryouts copies of the following: 

       1.  Medical Release form from SURVA 
       2.  SURVA tryout registration 
       3.  Fusion Registration

All participants must register for SURVA/USAV before tryouts for a $10 fee.  After being placed on a team by NNM Fusion, the players must upgrade their SURVA registration to a full player.  The $10 already paid for the tryouts will be applied to the yearly dues and the players must pay the balance.  

Important note: USAV's on-line membership application inquires about affiliated USAV Region and Club Member. Register under SURVA (Sun Country Region) and NNMVA Fusion (Club Member).

Cost: *FUSION Assessment fee of $25 will be put towards club dues with a full refund if the child is not placed on a team.

Within one week of tryouts all participants will be notified of placements.
