The primary responsibilities of the Treasurer are to:
1) Have charge and custody and be responsible for all funds, securities and deeds of the NNMVA.
2) Oversee the Fees Collection Committee.
3) Oversee the Fundraising Committee.
4) Prepare an itemized financial statement for each annual meeting.
5) Propose membership fees.
6) Prepare and submit the New Mexico Public Regulation Commission non-profit corporation paperwork annually on behalf of the NNMVA.
7) Prepare and submit a non-profit corporation federal
tax return annually on behalf of the NNMVA.
