The primary responsibilities of the Registrar are to:
1) Prepare liability waiver forms for members to submit prior to participation in try-outs.
2) Collect member data necessary for USAV registration.
3) Submit player and team registration materials to USAV, and coordinate with the Treasurer to ensure payment of the team and player fees.
4) Maintain a membership book, and electronic mail lists for the Board and all teams within the NNMVA.
5) Secure insurance certificates from USAV for all facilities used by the NNMVA.
6) Register teams for tournaments.
