EQUIPMENT AND FACILITIES COORDINATOR:

The primary responsibilities of the Facilities and Equipment Coordinator are to:

1) Ensure the necessary equipment is available.

2) Distribute equipment to coaches as needed. Collect equipment from coaches when no longer needed.

3) Prepare for the Board a twice yearly inventory of the equipment owned by the NNMVA.

4) Ensure that gyms and equipment are secured and prepared for try-outs and assessments.

5) Provide for practice and playing gyms for all teams within the NNMVA through liaison with School Districts, Municipal and/or County Recreation Departments, and other agencies.

6) Provide a schedule of practice times for all teams.

7) Ensure preparation and coordination so the gyms are safe and enjoyable at all practices.

8) Order uniforms for all teams within the NNMVA, and coordinate with the Treasurer for purchase.
